An updated classic. The Montaro™ MIPS® II is now equipped with integrated MIPS® safety system in combination with the Roc Loc® 5 Air fitting system. This slim system combines the perfect fit and the MIPS safety system for an extra level of protection against rotational forces without an extra layer of plastic in the helmet.

The helmet’s compact shape provides a deep protection zone and a full in-mold hard shell cover provides long-lasting durability at a low weight. The soft Ionic+™ padding provides exceptional sweat absorption and has an antimicrobial effect. The 16 large vents combine with the deep air channels to provide around comfortable ventilation. The Montaro can also be combined with goggles. For this purpose, it has grip zones on the back for the goggle strap and a patented P.O.V. Plus™ visor, with which the visor can be easily lifted and the goggles can be placed on the front of the helmet. An action camera mount with «breakaway» feature is also included.

MIPS^®

Roll Cage™ Reinforcement
Roll Cage™ is a light-yet-tough web of reinforcement invisibly molded inside a helmet’s EPS foam liner. It helps the helmet to hold together under impact, and provides an extra measure of strength and integrity that you’ll never notice…unless you need it.

In-Mold Construction
In-Mold Construction fuses a tough polycarbonate outer shell with the helmet’s impact-absorbing foam liner. The fusion process allows for better ventilation systems, making in-mold helmets lighter and cooler than traditional helmets.

Roc Loc 5
The industry benchmark in comfort, stability, adjustability and weight savings. In addition to enhancing the fit and comfort of helmets, Roc Loc^® 5 allows you to easily custom tune the fit tension and the fore-aft tilt of the helmet in seconds using a single hand. And it’s lighter than comparable systems too, making it the ultimate in skull-hugging luxury.

P.O.V. Plus
The P. O. V. Plus Visor has an adjustment mechanism that allows the visor to be adjusted up and down in 3 steps. In addition, the visor can be pushed up so far that the goggle can be pushed onto the helmet during a break, for example. The adjustment is easy to make with one hand and while driving.
